Encourage - to make someone more likely to do something, or to make something more likely to happen;

Fibre - 1. one of various thread-like structures in the body, such as those found in muscle;
2. a substance in certain foods, such as fruit, vegetables, and brown bread, that travels through the body as waste and helps the contents of the bowels to pass through the body easily;

Improve - to (cause something to) get better;

Cut out - avoid something;

Cut down - reduce;

Aware - knowing that something exists, or having knowledge or experience of a particular thing;

Energy value - the power and ability to be physically and mentally active;

Slimmer - a person who is trying to get thinner by eating less and doing more exercise;

Refuse - to say that you will not do or accept something;

Nutrition - the substances that you take into your body as food and the way that they influence your health;

Moderate - neither small nor large in size, amount, degree, or strength;

Consume - to eat or drink, especially a lot of something;

Bone - any of the hard parts inside a human or animal that make up its frame;

Thin - (of the body) with little flesh on the bones.
